Q:How about the products quality control?

A:Our goods will have 3 times quality control, Firstly, our QC will check the raw materials;

Secondly, during the production line, we will check it to make sure no any problem;

Thirdly, we will check the final goods, before the packing.

Q：What’s the MOQ of this product ?

A  :MOQ of the product is 500pcs .

Q:Can I get a sample before the bulk orders ?

A :Yes ,we provide sample service ,sample cost is required ,but the sample fee can be returned to you after the bulk order.

Q:What’s your delivery time?

A:The delivery time is usually 15-60 days, it depends on the quantity.

Q: Can you handle small orders ?

A:Of course, in order to support clients’ business, we will prepare some stock for many hot sale model in advance, so that we can sell small quantity products to you each time. We can also handle small custom orders.but there’s extra cost for yarn/fabric/printing . It depends on details .

Q.May I visit your factory?

A:Sure, welcome any time. We can also pick you up at the airport and station.

Q.What is your leadtime?  

A:Typically, the production process takes about 30-40 business days ,depending on the complexity of the items and fabric process.

Q.Do you provide customize service?

A:Customization is one of our strengths, we can definitely offer cutomization options for the product, including materials, colors and designs, please let us know your requirements and we will create a unique product for you.
